Carter Nipper's Web Site
Welcome to my web site. I am a writer and longtime Librarian living in Central Georgia.
My other careers have included computer consultant/salesman/programmer, maintenance in a textile mill, and paint mixer.
As you can see from my publications list, I am not tied to any particular genre. The story dictates the genre.
